# Distribution&#x20;

## Breakdown

We want to be fully transparent and answer all questions regarding money, especially the hard ones that I believe every project should be asked; Where are the funds going? \
Here is a complete breakdown of how we plan to allocate funds post-mint, we want to have a balance in our ecosystem and fund departments correctly that are essential for the success of Rival Bear Society.&#x20;

### Rival Bears Treasury

The RB Treasury will be a multisig wallet formed by the council which includes founding members of the project. The treasury will be used for our quarterly coin purchase, project funding, sweeps, and overall balancing the ecosystem.&#x20;

### Team&#x20;

This will be used for team salary, wages, and most importantly growing the team personnel. We believe that we want to keep improving this project we must also grow our team and continue developing in multiple fields with quality and efficiency.&#x20;

### Initiatives&#x20;

This portion will fund initiatives that we have planned for our future.&#x20;

### Research & Development&#x20;

We want to continue developing tools that will provide even more benefits and utility to your NFT. This department will be created to ensure we continue innovating in different areas of WEB3 for greater Rival Bears experience.

### Branding & Partnerships

One of the key elements of Rival Bears is the quality of content we produce. We will be using these funds to secure future partnerships with various content creators and agencies to build the Rival Bear name to it's full capacity.&#x20;

### Airdrops&#x20;

These funds will be reserved for our airdrops which we will be doing consistently throughout the year starting with our 1/1 Bears. We have many creative ideas to take airdrops to a whole another level and surprise our holders with amazing material.&#x20;
