# Lady Bears Workshop

## Overview

Coming straight from our community, we heard the challenge for the struggle to find Bears that reflect your own web3 identity. <mark style="color:yellow;">One of our responses is the Lady Bears,</mark> bringing feminine traits and genuine representation to everyone from our Rival Bears Community. \
We aim to emphasize the representation of women within the web3 domain, recognizing the fact that women continue to be a minority in the field so our commitment lies in showcasing the pioneering efforts of those who have already made a significant progress in this space. &#x20;

## The Process

Through initiatives such as workshops, spaces/calls, streams, and meet-ups exclusively for Lady Bear NFT Holders, we will bring together diverse women pioneers from the web3 space, particularly those involved in branding, crypto, and NFT projects. Our primary objective is to highlight the profound importance and strength of women in this landscape, this will serve as a space for unity as well as cementing our presence with the IMAXLABS Ecosystem.&#x20;
